The PAMPOLS Packaging Integral Equality Plan is an instrument to achieve real equality between men and women. With an action plan until 2026, our main objective is to promote the improvement of the work environment and equal opportunities for women and men, enhancing the capabilities of the entire workforce and eliminating any discrimination based on sex.
