Rope for hams and chorizos
What is it?
The rope for hams and chorizos is a polypropylene raffia rope.
What is it for?
To tie the end of sausages, hams and other sausages, they allow a greater presentation and portability of the same, as well as having a small handle to hang them in the drying process.
How is it used?
Cut a piece long enough to create a handy handle with one hand, and tie to the end of the sausage creating a loop as a handle.
